Each of our surfacers has experience in tool path programming, CNC machining and die design giving them the knowledge to provide machinable surfaces for die face construction. All surfaces are extensively reviewed before implementation into the design. On complex form shape simulation can be utilized to confirm formability, minimize material thinning and reduce stock usage.
