Founding partners Corey Chamberlain
and Mark Hansen both have 15+ years experience in the tool and
die trade. In March 2002 they started 3-D Solutions Design Service, LLC. in Rockford, MI. Since inception they have successfully completed hundreds of die design projects ranging from large cast automotive dies to complex precision progressive dies, line dies, and special machines.
Parts include appliance
oven-backs, vehicle floor pans, cross members, brake dust shields, exhaust and engine
heat shields, exhaust "y" pipes, numerous brackets and guards, office furniture
components, heavy truck parts and several automobile unibody components.
Extensive developments in CATIA V5 have given us the opportunity to provide our Power Catalogs, Power Templates, training and consultation to several customers in the tooling industry. We look forward to expanding our services in this area.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and this shows by the continued relationships
